Investment Strategy

The decision to start a new private banking relationship is part of our clients’ wider investment strategy. A core part of our service is to review the current wealth management strategies in which the client is invested. This service includes understanding the composition of portfolios e.g. weighting of cash, equities, bonds and alternative investments. We then seek to understand in detail the client’s appetite for risk and desired investment returns. We are able to offer a portfolio risk analysis as well as advice on asset allocation and an analysis of the performance of discretionary fund management against external benchmarks.

We also offer an overview of the current portfolio strategy against the investment objectives and offer suggestions where appropriate.
